Being an online boutique, we don't carry a lot of in-stock inventory. Some items do ship directly from the manufacturer and may take 12-20 days to arrive to you. Old Gringo boots, that are custom order and placed into production, do take longer. Each boot listing does have the approximate time period in the listings.

Returns:   If you are not 100% pleased with your purchase, you may return your REGULAR PRICED purchase to our warehouse, for credit only ~, socks, fragrances, beauty items, candles, Clearance/Sale, purchases made using a Promo Code, and any Special Order items. These cannot be returned & are FINAL SALE.

Please email with RETURN in the subject line, to see if your regular priced purchase qualifies for a site credit or exchange & to obtain a Return Merchandise Approval Number. NO return or exchanged item(s) will be accepted without a RMA Number. No RMAs will be issued for jewelry, socks, fragrances, candles, Clearance/Sale, purchases made using a Promo Code, or any Special Order item. 

Again, your REGULAR PRICED purchase may be returned to our warehouse for credit only. We are a small, independently owned, online boutique & cannot offer the return policies giant chain & outlet sites can offer. BUT, what we can offer, is specialized, individual service, that ensures your happiness with your purchase! We will work hard to get you the right product in your hands! 

You may return your REGULAR PRICED (please see exceptions) purchase for credit only, for up to 30 days from the purchase date. (Tags must be attached, shoes not worn outside, and in the original packaging. Clothing must be smoke-free & pet hair free.) Don't forget to include a copy of your invoice with your RMA Number!

  • You may return your Regular Priced (please see exceptions) purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date, for site credit only.
  • All items must be in the condition you received them and in the original box/packaging & completely free of pet hair & smoke.
  • Your regular priced authorized return MUST HAVE a RMA Number.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 
  • Once your regular priced authorized return is received, and inspected by customer service (usually within 72 hours of receipt) & passes inspection, your credit will be processed and a credit voucher will be emailed to the address on your site account. Gift Certificates, Clearance/Sale, all Special Order items, purchases made during Promos, jewelry, socks, fragrances, beauty products, & candles are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable & are subject to Final Sale status. We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please, ask all questions before you purchase. Many items are made to order & once your purchase goes into production, they can not be refunded, exchanged or returned. Again, we are here to help you & make sure you LOVE your purchase! Email us if you have any questions!!

Please Note:  Your purchase will fall into the Special Order category IF the manufacturer does not currently have your item/size in-stock. IF your purchase becomes a Special Order, it will not qualify for a return credit or refund due to manufacturing times, shipping times and/or fit. Again, IF your Special Order item is not currently in stock with our manufacturers and requires production, it is FINAL SALE. Please know your size! We can help you with sizing. Please ask!! We are here to help you & ensure your purchase has been a pleasurable experience.

Exchanges:  Since many of our items sell out very fast, we offer Express Exchanges of the same in stock item. Simply place a new order for the item you need. Once we have received your REGULAR PRICED (please see exceptions) purchase return, we will process your site credit as per our Refund Policy explained above. Your site credit will not be issued until the item is received and meets all exceptions as explained previously.

Shipping:  Once your REGULAR PRICED purchase (please see exceptions) return, for site credit only, has been authorized, you will receive return shipping instructions. 

If your authorized return amount is $100+ and you are not shipping in a flat rate box, please consider using a track-able shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.

Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. (Please see above for exceptions to what may be returned, for site only credit) Once the returned item is received, a credit voucher will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund credit to the gift giver. (please see exceptions)
